Return and Refund Policy

At Ammari’sScents, we want you to be completely confident and satisfied with your fragrance purchase. Due to the personal nature and safety standards of fragrance products, our policy is as follows.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

Timeframe14 DaysYour return request must be initiated within 14 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Action Required: Email us at support@ammarisscents.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  • Resolution: We will promptly send you a replacement item at no extra cost or offer a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1 (unopened and sealed):

  1. Request: Email our Customer Support team at support@ammarisscents.store.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  3. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send any items back without an RA number.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., change of mind, did not like the scent), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Ammari’sScents Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will cover the cost of the product(s); original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
